WYLN Chiune Sugihara Annual Peace Award
At a Gala WYLN Carnegie Hall event in 2007, the International Board of the World Youth Leadership Network has established the “Sugihara Annual Humanitarian Award” to be given each year to prominent individuals for their outstanding achievements in saving lives, promoting peace and empowering of youth.
Each year one prominent leader in these fields will be selected for the award:
- Politics/diplomacy
- Business/Corporation
- Youth empowerment/arts individuals/organization
The WYLN International Committee will announce recipients of the 2011 Sugihara Humanitarian Award by November 31st 2010.
