Samy Boukaila, WYLN’s Visiting Scholar at the Center for Transatlantic Relations SAIS in Washington D.C. at CARE Gala Dinner in Algeria

CARE think-thank, a leading organization in Algeria promoting entrepreneurship, higher education, and diversification of economy in Algeria, organized a gala dinner and lecture by Dr. Hernando De Soto (Peru), an expert economist in the field of informal economy and Philipp De Fontaine Vive, economist and financial expert. WYLN’s Samy Boukaila serves as the treasurer of CARE and is one of its founding members. In partnership with CARE, America – Bosnia Foundation, MDI in Tunisia, and other regional partners, CTR – SAIS will host economic forum Maghreb – Western Balkans, to be held on December 5th 2016 in Washington D.C.
